Letter of Support for Appeal of Raw Milk Ruling

CIPHI, Ontario Branch, has submitted a letter of support to the Attorney General of Ontario in support of the appeal of the ruling in the case of R. v. Michael Schmidt.

Mr. Schmidt was found not guilty of distributing unpasteurized milk in January 2010 (see the full story in our News section). This sets a dangerous precedent, with important implications for the health of all residents of Ontario.
