The annual CIPHI (Ontario Branch) Educational Conference was held this year at the White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa, Niagara-on-the Lake, Ontario.  The CIPHI (Ontario Branch) Inc. Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Monday, October 3, 2011.  In preparation for this meeting the following items were mailed to all members:

• Cover letter to explain the Notices of Motion
• Three Notices of Motion
• A proxy ballot form
• A self-addressed stamped envelope (mailed to members) 
• AGM notice

You may vote for or against the Notices of Motion by:

• Attending the AGM or
• Assigning your Proxy ballot to a member in good standing who will be attending the AGM or mailing it in the self-addressed return envelope. Proxies being mailed must be received by September 23, 2011

If you do not specify a proxy holder, it will be assigned to the Ontario Branch President or person appointed to act on his behalf at the meeting.
