Each year at the AGM, one-half of the elected executive council positions come up for re-election. Candidates must be paid-up members of Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors, and are elected for a two-year term. Executive meetings are usually scheduled in February, April and November, while teleconferences are held as necessary throughout the year. Councillors are expected to attend and present written reports at the executive meetings and the annual general meeting, which are made available to our membership via the website.
